Teeth By Tonight/Dental Implants

Do you have missing teeth?

Do you hide your smile?

Are you restricted from eating all the foods you desire for good nutrition?

Are apples and corn-on-the-cob things of the past?

When is the last time you had a good steak?

Perhaps your missing teeth are causing other problems?

Did you play a musical instrument like the flute or saxophone and now you find that difficult or impossible?

Do you have trouble pronouncing certain words because you can no longer shape the word due to missing teeth?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions then Dental Implants are the answer for you.

WHAT ARE DENTAL IMPLANTS AND ARE THEY FOR ME?

Dental Implants are miracles of modern design and engineering. A special root of super-strong titanium is implanted directly into your jawbone. Titanium is the unique metal that is compatible with bone and it actually fuses with the bone to form a permanent root. Then a new tooth (or teeth) is custom made from porcelain by Dr. McKay to match your surrounding teeth and attached to the new root.

We use the trademarked “Teeth By Tonight®” concept for our dental implants. That means that you never have to go without teeth while getting your new implants regardless of how many teeth you are missing.

There’s no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed of your condition any longer. We’ve seen every type of situation you can imagine and most people are relieved to find out that their case is not all that different from any others we’ve successfully treated.

Our patients relax in a warm, inviting and truly non-judgmental environment. We’re here to help, not to preach or scold. We offer the finest care in the most professional environment. We’re here to help you get back on track, back in the game of life. Your happiness and health are our only concern. Two of the most highly skilled doctors in all of Washington are here to help restore you. Both have received Top Dentist recognition from their peers. Both are teachers and both have the best ‘chairside’ manner you can imagine.

There are many different kinds of dental implants and depending on your particular situation we have a custom solution that gets you back in the game.

THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF IMPLANTS – WHICH ONE DO YOU NEED?

Single units: Single unit dental implants replace single missing teeth and are virtually indistinguishable from your other teeth (except this one may be stronger and last longer!)

Multiple units: If you have more than one missing tooth in a given area of your mouth we can place a single or more than one implant and design a solution for you that includes multiple teeth. For example, let’s assume you lost your rear molars. This is a perfect situation for multiple units. Two implants can support multiple units and before you know it, you’re chewing like your were a teenager.

Overdenture: Denture wearers are only too aware of how loose and denture can get. Many people report how their denture got lost or slipped out of their mouth at the most embarrassing of moments. The longer you wear a denture the more bone loss you experience and the more the denture ends up “floating” in your mouth. But not with Dental Implants. The titanium roots serve to retain your bone as if you still had tooth roots in place so that the denture cannot float. Nor can it get loose because it’s attached to the Implants thus holding it securely in place. Depending on your particular case, we may design one that snaps into place or is held in place by a special bar that is invisible when the denture is in place. Regardless of type, you have a solution you can be proud of with no fear of embarrassment or further bone loss.

COST FACTORS – DENTAL IMPLANTS ARE NOT COVERED BY DENTAL INSURANCE. GET THE FACTS FIRST.

Left untreated, tooth loss leads to shifting of the remaining teeth as your body tries on its own to compensate for the missing teeth. Bone loss occurs in all cases and results in a flat plane where there needs to be a ridge. As this bone loss and tooth shifting happens, gum disease can appear as gaps widen between teeth. In the case of total tooth loss further damage is probable. All of these conditions can be successfully treated starting with having a Free Consultation with Dr. McKay to discover exactly where in the spectrum of tooth loss and restoration you are at.

We liken this Free Consultation to having a home inspection before purchasing a new home or having a certified mechanic diagnose your car before beginning any repairs. We’re not sure what your fee will be until we survey the damage and give you an estimate of repair costs. We may require x-rays, or a CAT SCAN. We may need to make 3-dimensional models of your mouth to design your solution effectively. We cannot ethically quote you a fee until we know what the problem is and what the solution entails. Just like a home inspection or an engine diagnosis, we need to discover the details before we proceed.

Fortunately, Dental Implants are virtually permanent solutions to these conditions and in most cases, your solution will last a lifetime.

OUR SUCCESS STORIES

“I didn’t think it was possible. I was very skeptical but the doctor assured me I was a candidate for Teeth By Tonight and now that I have my smile back, I feel like I have my life back.”

-58 yr CEO Fortune 500, Seattle

“It seemed too good to be true, but I trusted Dr. McKay and he did what he promised. I’m so proud of how I look now. I’m smiling all the time!”

-46 yr Librarian, Bellingham

“The first thing I did was go to a good steak restaurant and order a Porterhouse. Chewing that steak almost brought tears to my eyes. I feel like a new person. Next up: Washington Apples.”

-67 yr Farmer, Enumclaw

“I never smiled. I was missing a front tooth on the lower jaw and my smile was non-existent. And I spoke with a lisp for 18 years. If I knew how easy this was, I would’ve done it a long time ago. My advice to anyone with a missing tooth like I had is to get Teeth By Tonight. What are you waiting for?”

-61 yr retired accountant, Bainbridge Is

“The best thing was they did it all right there in Dr. McKay’s office. I didn’t have to go anywhere else. Not for the surgery or the follow-up or the new teeth. I now have a Hollywood smile that rivals Brad Pitt’s.”

-37 yr Health Club owner, Kirkland
