I have two implants that for reasons I wont’ go into have never had the crowns placed on them. Is it possible to put crowns on existing implants?

Denise,
It depends on the health of your dental implants. Well done implants are designed to last for many years. If your implants are stable (ie not loose) and in good condition, then there shouldn’t be any reason your dentist couldn’t put the crowns on them. He or she may want to do some x-rays or a CT scan to make sure they are properly placed, but that varies from dentist to dentist.
