My dentist said I should keep my aligners in for two weeks, but after 3 days they feel so loose they are driving me crazy. If I just go ahead and put the next set in it feels better. Is it possible my teeth fix faster than most people’s?

Cara,
Your teeth are moving at the same rate as is normally expected. What happens is that the teeth move into position within a few days of putting the aligners in. The rest of the time is allotted to allow the bone to remodel around the new tooth position. If you don’t give it that rest time and move your teeth too quickly, your teeth will become loose. You don’t want to risk that.
Your aligners shouldn’t feel very loose. When you first put them in they should be pretty tight, but then within 3-4 days, they should feel looser, but snug. If that is not your experience, I would mention it to your dentist and see if he can figure out the problem. He could even call Invisalign and see if they have a fix for it already.
Please don’t skip that rest period, or you’ll cause yourself problems.
